Gazillion announced that the Marvel Heroes Omega open beta for PlayStation 4 launches today. Marvel Heroes Omega combines the core gameplay of Action-RPGs and MMOs with an expansive library of heroes from the Marvel Universe. Marvel fans and gamers can play together, level-up, defeat infamous Marvel Super Villains and henchmen, collect rare loot, and grow in power.
Today’s open beta launch for Marvel Heroes Omega on PS4 follows a series of significant patches and improvements made during its closed beta phase based on player feedback — gameplay, ease-of-use, hero balance, bug fixes, and more.
To celebrate today’s open beta launch for PS4, all players can also look forward to receiving Daredevil, the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, as a free playable character. To receive this gift, players must download and install Marvel Heroes Omega and download the free Daredevil pack via the PlayStation Store on their PS4.
Square Enix today announced that Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is now available on the PlayStation 4. Originally released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2, the HD title includes new features unique to the PS4, such as trophy support, share functionality, and remote play.
The competitive local multiplayer game Jump Stars from Jamit Games and Curve Digital will launch digitally on PlayStation 4 on June 6th, and Xbox and PC on June 9th. Jump Stars has players cooperate as a team to score points to advance past challenges, and then let’s players jump, punch, break, munch, explode and crunch teammates out of the way to steal first place.
THQ Nordic today announced that Darksiders Warmastered Edition is out now physically and digitally for Wii U. Darksiders Warmastered Edition is a remaster of the original Darksiders with HD resolution and performance improvements.
DotEmu and Lizardcube today announced that Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap will be available on PC on June 8th.
Bandai Namco today announced that Impact Winter, a post-apocalyptic survival adventure game from developer Mojo Bones, is now available digitally for PC via Steam. Digital versions will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.

inXile Entertainment and Techland Publishing today announced the release of new content additions for Torment: Tides of Numenera. Chief among these features is the inclusion of an additional companion, Oom (“The Toy”).

Red Dead Redemption 2 is now set to launch Spring 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Rockstar cites the game was delayed to “ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible for our fans. We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer.”
In the meantime, Rockstar released new screenshots from the world of Red Dead Redemption 2.

LawBreakers from Cliff Bleszinski’s Boss Key Productions is coming to PlayStation 4, with additional enhancements for PS4 Pro. Today, Nexon also revealed its business model for the game which sees the base game starting at $29.99. In addition, the company confirmed that there will be no season pass-style program and that all future content updates will be free. Also, there are no “pay-to-win” mechanics in the game, just an offering of cosmetics for players to earn via the game’s Stash-Box system.
LawBreakers will now launch simultaneously on PlayStation 4 and Steam later this year, but no release date has been announced at this time.
