New World from Amazon Games Studios to Launch May 2020

Tonight, during The Game Awards, Amazon Games announced a release date of May 2020 for New World, via a brand new cinematic trailer. Currently in development at Amazon Games Studio, New World is a massively multiplayer online game set in an alternate reality version of the 17th century’s Age of Exploration. Those who pre-order New World will get access to the closed beta, which kicks off in April 2020.
