Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD Announced

Today at its Digital Days event, Ubisoft announced Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD, an adaptation of the PlayStation Vita title for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Taking advantage of its new hardware, Liberation HD introduces a complete graphical overhaul, re-mastered music and sound effects, a revamped gameplay experience, and new missions that dive deeper into Aveline’s story.
