KontrolFreek Design and Naming Contest

KontrolFreek today announced that it is putting the design and naming of a future FPS Freek product in the hands of the fans.

KontrolFreek’s “You Be the Judge” contest runs from March 2nd to March 24th and calls for Gears of War-inspired design submissions from the general public. The contest coincides with the March 19th release of Gears of War: Judgment.

The contest will be have three phases:

• Submissions will be accepted from March 2-15.
• Then, KontrolFreek will select four designs from all submissions for public voting from March 16-24.
• The winning design will be announced on March 25.

The grand prize winner receives product design and naming consideration, five pairs of the newly designed product, a GAEMS G155 Sentry Personal Gaming Environment (with a GOW skin), an Xbox 360 Gears of War controller, and a copy of the newly released Gears of War: Judgment game. The other finalists will also receive the newly-designed Gears of War-themed FPS Freeks and a copy of the game.
