The graphic glitches must be your system. I am playing this smoothly with no graphical issues and so far no bugs that would make me say “Jesus H Christ this game is buggy”. Battlefield 4. That was/is buggy.

Also, don’t brag about a 30 inch 1920×1200 monitor. Unless it is 4K then keep it in your pants. :)

It´s called ambush. It´s on the set of buttons above your weapon (where the switches for stance, fire-mode, etc.. are).
And it´s really useful especially on higher difficulties for setting, well, ambushes :D
