Hudson Entertainment today announced that Bomberman Live: Battlefest is now available on Xbox Live Arcade for 800 Microsoft Points.

The sequel to the downloadable title Bomberman Live, Bomberman Live: Battlefest will feature the same frantic action that the series is known for. With 8-person online multiplayer, as well as a wealth of all-new features, including teams, new modes, new arenas, new power-ups, new costumes, and even the ability to use an avatar as a playable character, players will be running for cover.

Downloadable content will be completed and made available after launch, with the first set available on December 29th. Bomberman fans will also get to dress up their avatars as Bomberman with the actual Bomberman suit itself or t-shirts in separate content coming December 15th.
