2K has released the second episode of “The Making of WWE 2K15,” which continues the inside look into the game’s development. The second installment in the series, titled “The Game Has Changed,” features WWE Superstar Cesaro, along with NXT Superstars Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn, performing their signature moves in the motion capture ring. Complementing their efforts, Executive Producer Mark Little, Art Director Lynell Jinks and Senior Designer Bryan Williams discuss their vision for key gameplay changes, including controls, match pacing and camera positions.
WWE 2K15 will be available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 28th, and for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 18th.
Square Enix unveiled the upcoming expansion to Final Fantasy XIV at its inaugural Fan Festival event in Las Vegas this past weekend.
Titled “Heavensward,” the upcoming chapter of the online Final Fantasy title will chart a new course for players with an increased level cap, brand new adventures and challenges, and much more.
More information on the game expansion will be shared during the London and Tokyo events, scheduled for October 25th and December 20nd – 21st, respectively.
343 and Microsoft have announced that Halo: The Master Chief Collection has gone gold and will release on November 11th.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection will take up almost all of the usable space of a single Blu-ray, so the game will require a content update at launch that is estimated to be 20 GB. You’ll be able to start playing Campaign and more as the content is installing, with some features and multiplayer content being added via the update.
One caveat is that Spartan Ops, the episodic co-op experience from Halo 4, will now release in December.
Activision has released the Official Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Gameplay Launch Trailer. The game will be available on November 4th.

Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco today announced they will be moving the release of Project Cars for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC to March 17th, 2015.
The move positions the title away from the competitive holiday scene while affording the team at Slightly Mad Studios additional time to extend and polish their next-gen racing experience.
2K and Turtle Rock Studios have released a new trailer to remind fans that the Evolve Big Alpha is starting on October 30th exclusively on Xbox One, and PC/PS4 starting October 31st. Your last chance to grab guaranteed access to the Big Alpha on the platform of your choice is next Tuesday, October 21st. You can do this by pre-ordering Evolve from participating retailers.

The NPD Group has released its report for the month of September. While software sales were down 35% year-over-year in September, hardware sales were up 136%. Overall, total industry sales increased 2% to $1.1 billion. Once again PlayStation 4 was the best selling platform, nearly tripling the units sold in August, followed by Xbox One. Wii U hardware sales were up 50% over August.
