NIS America today announced that the third installment in the PlayStation 3 exclusive comedy RPG series, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, has shipped to stores nationwide. Neptune reprises her role as the self-aware main character and meets friends new and old after getting transported back to the 1980s version of Gamindustri.
